B.P.L.A. service areas consist of several neighborhoods in western region of Los Angeles County, all of which are highlighted in yellow on the map bellow. Service may potentially be provided to neighborhoods outside of those designated bellow, but it must be negotiated in a case-by-case manner between B.P.L.A. & the prospective client first.
